Hi Tracy,
I'm sorry to hear about Patrick. I have a little one with insulinoma as well. The initial prednisolone dose will need to be adjusted depending on how the ferret responds. My Matilda, for example, started with 0.5 ml twice a day and now is on 1 ml. twice a day. I also hand-feed her 3 times a day to make sure her glucose doesn't dip. Why is Patrick on an antibiotic? Does he have an infection besides being insulinomic?
