Could be a number of different things including something more serious like heart disease, pneumonia, lymphoma, etc. Could also be a forming hairball obstruction.

I would get her checked by your vet and if she were mine I'd probably get a chest x-ray done as well. These Ohio babies seem to have a lot of health issues. I lost one just before her 2nd birthday to juvenile lymphoblastic sarcoma and am waiting anxiously for my vet to return from vacation because her sibling is developing a similar hard lump in her abdomen as her sister had.
