i agree, it sounds like prolapsed rectum (any residual issues from the cedar should be basically cleared up by now). she needs to see the vet asap on monday.

in the mean time, i would soften the food for her. she's so young that the kibble is too harsh for her system yet. moisten the kibble with water and let it sit for about 15 minutes before serving. then break it up/mush it a little with a fork to get more of it in contact with the water and add more water, too, if you need to. you can also give her some canned food - evo brand 95% meat or the before grain brand 100% meat. or you can get some jar baby food. 2nd stage, meat-only flavors. turkey or veal seem to be the favs here (chicken doesn't go over well at all here). you can leave any of the above out in the bowl for about 12 hours.

and she's probably over-cleaning the area, too, and that can make it even worse than it is to begin with. stop putting any meds on it...the vet should see it in it's 'raw' state. yes, i know it looks awful and is probably bothering her to some extent, too. you can apply some vaseline - that'll sooth it a bit. you can also do cold compresses - just run a washcloth under really cold water and squeeze out the excess and then apply it for as long as she'll let you. 2 to 4 times a day should be more than enough to give her some relief from the irritation.

the runny poo will continue for a bit, so, extra cleaning of the cage and sleeping area will just have to dealt with. maybe use a bunch of newspaper (just the black/white sheets, nothing with colored ink) as the bedding for the moment, so that you can just chuck it all instead of having to do a ton of extra laundry. once you get to the vet and start a treatment regimen, things should start clearing up and getting back to normal pretty quickly.

good luck at the vets and please post with an update!
