Subject: [ferrethealth] Swollen vulva, have a hopefully quick question...

I have a 4 year old girl with adrenal. Her vulva is swollen, that's what really tipped us off. She's also got the well known adrenal hair loss. Anyway, she got a melatonin implant on June 14th. We are hoping that helps the swelling go down, but so far we haven't seen any signs. I want to get a lupron injection to see if that helps, but we have to make a 3 hour trip one way to get that and just can't do that yet...but it's in the works. My question is, I've noticed she has, most likely, spots of poop on her vulva (probably from wiping her butt) and I'm wondering what's the best way to keep it clean since she's not? We keep unscented baby wipes on hand, will that be safe enough for cleaning her up every day or 2? I just don't want it getting infected. Thanks so much.
