Subject: [ferrethealth] Re: Throat problems in Skittles

She has been checked for sores in her mouth and throat and the vet says she is very healthy. She is two years old and has a normal weight and no other medical problems that have been noted. She started out having a respiratory infection which has been cleared up with antibiotics. For months now, however, she has been making this noise. It is not really a gurgling sound, more of like a scratchy irritation sound. I will try holding her vertically and see how she is. The vet seems to think it is allergies, but I am not convinced since the allergy meds and shot did not seem to help.
