Could be something that caused an opening from his mouth (palate) that is allowing stuff to get up into the nose and thus trigger the sneezing fit. Sometimes an ulcer in the palate or even an improper seal from the throat to the nose. Just some thought. Otherwise sometimes temp of food etc might be a trigger. Hope you find the answers.
