If you can't take her to a vet as soon as possible please contact the nearest ferret shelter to you and surrender her so that she gets the medical attention she needs.
I know that you love her and want the best for her but if she doesn't get veterinary care she may die. A ferret shelter will see that she gets to a veterinarian. People at ferret shelters generally have lots of experience with very sick ferrets and they will look after her.
If she hasn't eaten and is losing lots of weight she could have a number of serious conditions that require veterinary attention as soon as possible. She may be dehydrated and will need sub-q hydration before her organs start shutting down.
If you can tell us where you are located, someone here can find the closest shelter to you if you don't know of any.
Difficult as it is, think of what is best for her.
