Thank you Chris and others, I am going to call them tomorrow. I don't know if Dr. [1] practices anymore but they do have a ferret vet, Dr. [2] who I have seen, but not for sick ferrets and I didn't know if they were good. I will try them again, the reason I picked the other Vet, is because they allowed for post dated checks. Dr. [2] isn't in until Suday.
