I'm not clear on who the author of those last paragraphs is, as those sections appear to be apart from the first section (by Dr. Kanfer). In any case, I hadn't paid too much attention to that information anyway. I can say that I have had quite a few with mast cell tumors, all having adrenal disease. What relation there is I honestly don't know.

Yes, I am aware of this. With the high rate of adrenal disease in ferrets, as well as
cancers, a genetic link certainly makes sense. I look forward to more information on this.
