To: ferrethealth@yahoogroups.com

Seven of Six got 9 months with Complete A/V Node Block (Level 3) with Aminophylline.

In her case there was insulinoma in an inoperable pancreatic location. Insulinoma is something that has been studied in various species as a possible trigger of Node Block.

Pacemakers were too large then and with the remaining insulinoma it would not have had a chance to help her.

If I recall right Dr. Shelly Knudsen got several years for a ferret who first had Level 2 before finally progressing by using Theophylline.
