Actually, it isn't only lymphoma. In my experiences, any type of malignancy anywhere in the body will cause lupron to be less effective. I've found no information as yet as to why this is. I'm not sure if the reasons are known.
As for your Trinny. Has she had surgery? If not, it's possible there may be malignancy in her adrenal gland(s). It doesn't have to be lymphoma.
