Subject: [ferrethealth] Black spots on tail

I'm wondering if anyone can help me, i recently got two female ferrets at around three years old tp accompany my one year old male. One has just started with hair loss on her tail, with lots of black spots. She normally has pure white fur but the fur on her tail has now turned slightly orange. We took her to the vets and they have given us antibiotics to bring back her fur but we have been reading about something called Adrenal Disease. Could it be this? Would it cause the little black spots or would this just be black heads??
Any help would be appreciated
