The exact same thing happened to one of my girls within a day or two of her vaccine. I went back to the vets and he assured me the lump on her back was a direct result of the shot and it indeed resolved itself within 10 days. A happy healthy vaccinated ferret with no more lumps. I am not saying this is your case, but it is likely. Just keep an eye on it and of course, if there are any changes in her behavior or appetite, follow up with your vet immediately.
