but I have to second the opinions that rather than trying to adjust things further you should stick with what is working but consider spreading the Prednisolone out into 3X per day rather than 2. Some rare ferrets do better on Dex than Pred, BTW, and some do best on injected Prednisolone.
Some ferrets get no benefit from diazoxide/Proglycem, but those who do usually need it used WITH Pred.
