As with all bug bites just keep making sure there is no allergic reaction - and make sure she can stay breathing with the nose swollen like that. We've had a cat have an allergy to ant stings/bites before, so bad that he went into anaphylactic shock (not from a fire ant, just a very large black ant).

I believe with an ant bite the swelling should go down on its own in 2 to 3 days.
