I've had ferrets get spider bites and we give prednisilone or childrens benadryl. You may want to call your vet to find out what does is recommended for your ferrets weight. Our vet cautioned us on bug bites that are in areas that may affect breathing, he said it is best to start treatment immediately because swelling can cause difficulties in the nose, throat, and chest area.
