Subject: [ferrethealth] High Lymphocytes

I have a rescue boy that is suddenly very lethargic. He will only eat Duck Soup from a syringe and is being given subQ fluids. His xrays showed normal but the bloodwork showed some liver problems with his lymphocites at 33,000. The bloodwork also indicates no present infection. Would this be more IBD rather than lymphoma? Any suggestions as to what would cause this value to be so high? He is around 2 years old. Any ideas would be appreciated.
