Subject: [ferrethealth] Lymphoma metasticized in liver - options?

We put him to sleep, but I am wondering if in the future, if you have a ferret with a removable lymphoma tumor but lymphoma is already present in the liver - can you typically gain a few more months out of the ferret, or is it best to put them down?
