Subject: [ferrethealth] Insulinoma and AV Node Block

It was confirmed today that Logan has a primary second degree AV Node block. His glucose was 142 but he was still wobbly. He has episodes where he wheezes, turns red, fluffy tail and quites breathing. Sometimes, the heart stops too. It's scary! This is apparently really rare. From what I've read, the pacemaker would be beyond our dreams to do. The doctor is going to try and see if she can find a cardiologist that might do it pro-bono so they can say they've done it before. Otherwise, she says he probably has a couple months on the medication. If anyone has any tips, ideas, words of encouragement, please let me know.
