IS the diarrhea still on going? If it is , then getting that under control is important to control weight loss and get weight gain. There are some great posts in the archives suggeting diets and diagnosing the diarrhea .

Is Jojo on any supplemental feedings? I find some that are wasting actually need 2-3 extra feedings using a meat based baby food, or making a mix that is ground turkey, chicken, chicken liver, eggs, and a few other items blended up and fed either by hand or syringe fed ( not force fed but just goes a little quicker and you can regulate the amount using a syringe to offer it).

There are some recipes out there, basically should be very low carb, mostly meat based. Carnivore care is another one that is commercially made and you can get from the vet, to feed as additional caloric protein supplement to get weight on.
I would stay away from some of those diets that add ensure or pediasure, or anything of that nature with diarrhea, I would stick to a more high protein low carb ferret friendly diet. Just in my opinion.
