Subject: [ferrethealth] Flecainide use in ferrets

Has anyone used Flecainide for AV block or any other heart conditions in their ferret? If so, what results did you see?
Logan is currently taking Isuprel (0.25 ml every 4-6 hours) and Pred (0.5 in each ear every 12 hours. Pred is transdermal) and we're seeing no improvement in his AV node block (level 2). He appears to have developed an ulcer from all the stress too and is only eating carnivore care. I'm concerned his lack of proper nutrients (like taurine) could be aggrevating the problem.
Other suggestions also welcome.
