Yes,
Many ferrets get cataracts, and for other reason loose their vision.
Cataracts are usually not much of an issue to the ferret; they very often adjust without the owner even noticing until an unusual object is bumped into.
If there is any kind of discharge, swelling, or inflamation
in or around the eye, a Vet visit is in order.
