Hi Rob,

This may or may not drop on it's own. I had one
hob years back that remained retained until time of neuter 4 yrs.

It is a genetic issue so I would not breed the
male... but wait as long as you can and it may drop.

The only thing with the teste retained is that
the heat will kill off the sperm... if you are
not breeding it really is not an issue.
