Thank you for those links! Speaking specifically of Omeprazole, the answer appears best with water, however, there is a conflicting one that says with fruit juice. Considering that most fruit juices are 10% juice 90% water, sounds like we can't lose going with fruit juice!
As for all the other meds for which we are directed to dissolve, best to ask the vet at the time of dismissal of our ferret.
I think this is a critical post, if I do say so myself. I always say, "if you're not getting the med in the ferret, how can you expect it to benefit?".
