Hi, Cheryl, and everyone else,
One thing I forgot: The one preexisting condition that seems to
always rule out surgery is cardiomyopathy. The chances of survival
are poor.
The usual disclaimer applies: I am not a vet, nor do I play one on
TV. I'm just somebody who has waited and worried too many times when
my ferrets had surgery.
