No I am not sure because the shelter he came from had him on a 10 day course of clavamox first. The vetcould not do a cbc for fear that the Clav. would effect the results. The vet aspirated and looked under the microscope himself (not a pathologist repot) He just said that many cells had more than one nucli and he even found one with 4 nuclei, so he called it cancer. I do not want to continue unnecessary anti biotics (that taste AWFULLLL!!!!) that can stress him further if he dosen't need them. If it was just an infection, would it be gone by now?
