Subject: [ferrethealth] Swollen eyelid

My 6 y/o male ferret has one swollen eyelid. He has insulomia and is on prednisone. Is there anything that can be used OTC to handle this eyelid infection?

[In case there is an eye injury it really pays to have a vet appt
fast before it can get truly bad.
