First a check is needed. What is the cause of the swollen eyelid.
If it is an inflammation, an antibiotic can be used. ( We over here use Synulox, that stuff is mild for the stomach as far as possible).
But if the cause of the problem is different ( a tumor, a cyste,) an other treatment is needed.
So get the eye examed.
There are too many optoins open for the cause of this swollen eyelid.
