I don't see BG mentioned - I am assuming it is normal?

If she has adenocarcinoma there may be metastases that did not show up on the diagnostics i.e., infiltration into kidneys, GI tract, etc. Any of that could cause pain and nausea. Her clinical symptoms may be pain related and signs of advancing disease. I don't see a pain medication listed in the meds she is on.

Short of exploratory surgery to gather biopsies to confirm diagnosis - I would defer to your vet's intuition that this is carcinoma. If she were mine, I'd consider her care palliative. I suggest asking your vet to add pain medication to keep her comfortable until it is time for euthanasia.
