Hi Caity,
Thank you for your reply. I will take her in to the vet again and see what they say. I've been debating a bit about whether or not I should try putting her on melatonin or lupron for a few months before putting her through surgery again. Thank you for letting me know about Addison's disease. Do you know if all ferrets who have both adrenal glands need to take medicine for the rest of their lives? And, if yes, does anyone have any suggestions on what the best medication to give Isis would be?

[YES, they MUST have a combo of BOTH
Fludocrot and Prednisolone
OR
Percorten and Prednisolone
if both adrenal glands come out completely
and when under stress or if there has been
a lot of weight gain the amount can need
increasing.
