Hi Caity,
I agree with everything that you said. I was also completely taken aback that there are vets out there who have had high mortality rates with adrenal surgery.
Our veterinarians (in Las Vegas) have a very good, solid reputation. They have a LOT of experience with ferrets. I do not know of any adrenal surgeries of theirs gone wrong. So I'm confident in them.
