First thing I'd do is get rid of the N-bones. We tried these a few times in the past and they always caused diarrhea.

You might want to try different meds. Flagyll or baytril might help treat some types of bacteria that the clavamox won't. Adding carafate 1/2 hour or more before meals might also help to settle the stomach, as might pepcid.

Whenver we use antibiotics for any period of time we also supplement some probiotics to replace the 'good' bacteria that might be killed off by the antibiotics. Forti-Flora (feline), Bene-bac, or acidophilus can help with this.
