In the hurry to get my other post up I forgot to include that fact that he did not get the adrenal surgery because he was anemic. The poor little guy with all his pain, never once tried to bite any of us. When my daughter found him, my husband went in and got him out and was holding him trying to find where all the blood was coming from and he was just as gentle as he has always been. I had always figured he would be the first to go out of the four. He was just a tiny guy and never real healthy looking.
I thank you both for your response. I was just hoping that we made the right decision without much thought or time to think. Our biggest concerns were getting him to a vet. I hated to make such a rush snap decision. We already buried the little guy yesterday.
