Her very high results of the TN Panel confirms adrenal disease.

Estradiol 320 (30-180pmol/L)
17 OH Progesterone 9.12 (<.1-.8 nmol/L)
Androstenedione >34.9 (<.1-1.5 nmol/L)

Just wanted to add that she also has some hair loss on the back of her hind legs.

We're looking at surgery.

Oh, the receptionist at my clinic told me when I called last week that it takes them longer to get the results if they send direct to the University. When we made the appointment and asked for the cost my husband then asked if that is sent directly to TN and they just said yes. They never said there was an option with time or cost differences. Just some questions to keep in mind if it hasn't yet come up with your vet.
