Sorry to hear Uno has congestive heart failure.
I had a ferret who was on Pimobendan for a short time, for a different heart condition than Uno. Linguini had a high grade second degree atrioventricular block and died while on a waiting list for a pacemaker.
Even though the Pimobendan was compounded it tastes terrible, and Linguini HATED it. It caused so much stress for her to take it, that the cardiologists recommended taking her off it, because the stress was doing her more harm than the benefit of the medication. Hopefully Uno won't have trouble taking it but be prepared just in case.
