If you haven't tried any so far, try some sort of probiotic like Forti-Flora or BeneBac or acidophilus. The Clavamox probably wiped out a lot of the good bacteria along with the bad, and it should be replenished to help return to proper digestion.
Diarrhea of varying colors could also be a result of a partial blockage or hairball that is stuck in his digestive tract somewhere. We just experienced this with our new boy Pop, and after a few rounds of Ferretlax he passed the biggest wad of fur I've ever seen a ferret pass. He then passed a couple of much smaller ones, and now his digestive system and stools have returned to normal 2 days later.
