Can Prednisolone be used to help alleviate symptoms of Aleutian's disease, and if so, what would be the correct dosage for a 1 kg ferret? If not prednisolone, then what other meds might help?

Everything I have found indicates that it is still not treatable,
but I did NOT have time to check the discussions to see if there is
anything new.
Aleutian Disease is contagious so be careful on that score.
Hopefully, you did not mean Aleutian or your family is not the
affected one, at least.
Best of luck.
