Subject: [ferrethealth] Female ferret with green urine

She has had both of her adrenal glands removed because of cancer, and is on prednisone, as well as another hormone (i don't have the original bottle with me to look at the name).
Has been having green pee for almost a month, went to the vet to have blood tests and an x-ray. No definite answers from that, but she was put on anti-biotics for two weeks because the vet suspected a urinary infection. Now the anti-biotics are finished, and she still has green pee and is now also acting very lethargic after being off the anti-biotics for a few days. While she was on them her pee was inconsistently green, but she was more active than now.
I've seen heartworms mentioned online, but wouldn't that show up on x-rays? or blood tests?
