I've heard in a few cases in which the adrenals
were overproducing Glucocorticoids which work to help control blood
sugar sudenly developed glucose problems once Lupron was adminstered.
The basis is that they had insulinoma all along but the with the overproduction now ceased, the true underlying illness surfaced.
