Have to admit with embarrassment that when I did Fosters bg because he seemed unsteady it actually measured 66 - and I panicked because he's usually 90. I wrote 66 down, but when I called the vet the next day I had a momentary memory loss and said his bg was 44. I assumed he had insulinoma when I got the 66. She got 55 a day later, and he was definitely diagnosed with insulinoma. Your chart said 65 I think - so insulinoma - pancreatic tumors - would be a possibility.
