How long he's had diarrhea? Because I had the same problem with mine for 2 days and I just kept feeding him his regular food and it stop.. But if it keeps on I'd go back to the vet, but I would add some of his regular food that he normally eats with whatever else your giving him.. Don't change his food completely, of course he's not gonna something he don't like..
