Oh, and small, frequent meals help. Meat baby food
or a/d can often be good ways to get that in.
Hilbert worsened enough in the last week that Steve
and I have been sleeping shifts to accomplish this
every 4 hours. (in his case this is not a long term
solution because he is prone to cystine uroliths,
yet another reason for his upcoming surgery tomorrow).
