This one has what appears to be burgundy eyes. Are they more prone to
deafness with that color eye?

[Burgundy eyes can be dark and in that case they
contain some pigment. The eyes ones thinks of
when hearing "albino" are pink to ruby-red. What
is going on in those eyes is that pigment is missing
so you are seeing the coloration of blood vessels
and non-pigmented tissue.
