Amoxicillin will kill off both good and bad bacteria, so they may very well now have a depleted level of the good bacteria needed to properly digest food. The forti flora would help a lot in this regard.

Also, I stopped using N-bones long ago when I saw a direct relationship between them and diarrhea. Try different treats to see what happens. We use Totally Ferret treats.
