Hey Stacey. Unfortunately, I have experience with mega-esophagus. I would feed my gal small amounts at a time, and then hold her up with her head and front paws on my shoulder for a few minutes, to let the gravity work the food down. But, yes, when feeding soup, I fed very small amounts at a time. That seemed to work better. Good luck to you and your little
