Are you able to maintain his fluids with sub-q hydration, not just oral hydration meds? What are the hydrating meds you are giving him?

You can ask your vet to show you how to do this, however, if he is severely dehydrated from vomiting and not getting fluids, he may not survive until the morning without hydration.

I would take him to an emergency clinic and get him hydrated today, unless you are set up to do it yourself.

Here is an additional resource:

His symptoms sound very similar to one of mine who had Eosinophilic granulomatous (EGE) and suppurative hepatitis, confirmed via exploratory surgery and numerous biopsies.

The author of the article (linked above) was consulted last year when her symptoms recurred. With his recommendations and specific protocol she improved considerably. Sadly, I lost her last fall to an unrelated heart condition. However, the EGE was being managed well.

Another possibility is pancreatitis, which also requires sub-q hydration.

Worse case scenario is juvenile lymphoma. Were x-rays done to rule out masses, obstructions, etc.?
