The lupron can be increased, my larger boys all get 1 mg and I have used as much as 2 mg. However, when lupron fails to be effective chances are you're dealing with malignancy (either in the adrenal glands or elsewhere in the body). In this case, surgery would be the only thing that may be helpful. Due to your ferrets age and weakened condition surgery would be a great risk though.
