Hi Jeff,
Unfortunately, in all the cases I've read about (my own included) the pyloric inflammation wasn't discovered until necropsy.
In my case all of them had been on prednisolone for insulinoma he little guy I am caring for right now is also on pred because he has insulinoma.
Now it may be that things might be worse if he or they had not been on pred.
My vet is waiting for feedback from VIN where she's posted his radiographs in case someone has a novel suggestion.
Although he isn't showing any clinical symptoms for Helicobacter/ulcer we might try the protocol to see if it makes a difference.
