I guess for me what I would try is keeping her on Reglan (metoclopramide) and Pepcid (Famotidine) if you are worried about oral your vet can send injectable for you to use. I would also add Carafate if not already doing it and steroids, carafate on an empty stomach 20 to 30 minutes before pred and food. There is a strong probability there is an inflammatory bowel issue and you need to reduce the inflammation in the gut top to bottom. Yes she could have a fur ball but unlikely unless it was really small that it would have moved out.
If this is suspected once she is handling things better you can try feeding enzymes to possible help break it down. I would also use things to eat that are very easy to digest. Meat baby food or carnivore care.
I guess based on all you have said this would be what I would start with. The reglan can be done 3 times daily and if you want oral you can even use cisapride. If you are giving tramadol orally it is really bitter and can make animals vomit or foam at the mouth. I have gone to transdermal use in ferrets or cats and have it compounded.
Hope this helps.
All the best and good luck

See how things turn.

Is there anything airborn that could be doing this? Allergies? Asthma? It would have to be something airborn that affects only her since the other ferrets are all fine.
