[One thing to keep in mind when Lupron
or deslorelin is first used is that the
symptoms, including fur loss, sometimes
temporarily worsen at first then decrease.
The reason is how this class of medications
works, and is also why a person needs to
avoid the daily Lupron and the horse
deslorelin. Instead Lupron Depot, or
the deslorelin implant must be used.
See:
http://www.miamiferret.org/24hr_lupron.htm
on why that is, and also those cheaper products
can make things worse.

Just putting this in for those who have seen
a temporary worsening of symptoms, including
fur loss, after the use of either medication.
